New track in the case Kassandra

Paves the case of nine year old Cassandra from Neviges a spectacular turn on?
The homicide squad has a new track: a fingerprint on the bag that was hidden in the Cassandra's jacket.
The problem: The fingerprint does not match the strongly suspects and arrested 14-year-old Cassandra is said to have thrown in a manhole.
Astrid Denecke, a lawyer of the 14-year-olds: "There is this track. The investigators should find the person that matches the fingerprint. Then they also have probably the culprit. I have great doubts about the guilt of the boy. Nor is it true that the boy says nothing. He has testified ten hours, always denied the fact. It must be thinking, if he does not collapse under the weight of the alleged evidence and circumstantial evidence. "
Their detention appeal was dismissed but in the late afternoon by the court. Thus, the 14-year-old continues to remain in custody. The judge was sufficient evidence of the prosecution.
