The first trouble with the Public Order

Dusseldorf - How long can actually shoot at night the Ferris wheel at the fair? Richard Krolzig, employees of the fairground family responsible for the break and ride with the best views in Dusseldorf, sure. "On Saturday until 2 clock."
Still standing by him, he says, shortly weeks 1 clock staff of the public order at the cash register and asked him to cease operations.
Krolzig, "What has annoyed me most was the rude tone of the two men." Decisive were it only for the final time, the administration pretends the fair, he said the men.
They had probably made a mistake. The regulatory framework is not quite easy to see through. The rules that set up 24 driving the clock has to be () with an expiry time applies only to "normal fair days", but not for the special day.
They are the first Saturday of the fireworks Friday and the following Saturday. Jürgen be Wippermann from the fair administration: "The volume has all but been reduced by 22 clock, with respect to the local residents. The 24 Clock is then on a normal day's end the driving. The tents must close by 1 clock, with some run-down time. "
For these three special days are prolonged periods. Herbert Windhövel, Speaker of order councilor Werner Leonhardt: "There can run the showmen to 2 clock their rides, of course with much more subdued music."
The beer tents will be allowed even to 3 clock at night, running their music equipment. Wippermann: "Why this is so, I do not know. But a so-called distributed Liegebau apparently less noise than the speakers of the rides. "
And he speculates: "Perhaps the tent walls so dampen the noise." Anyone who violates the rules, pays a graduated fine.
