Udo P. (name changed) there is always the dog for a walk. "Because of the blood, he goes crazy in the vicinity of the bank. He has even found a piece of skull," says the father. "That has been cleaned up so sloppy, makes me speechless. Because small children are playing!"
The tragic incident happened around 12:30 clock. P. 's wife was at the playground on the road when she saw sitting on a park bench a neighbor. The old man (79) was a unique, all knew him.
